Adult Sunday School
The Sunday School of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Lake Township strives to help all members of the Congregation grow in their knowledge and understanding of the Bible and Christian beliefs.
St. John's has two Adult Sunday school classes held at 9:15 a.m.
One meets in the conference room on the main level. This is the one Sunday School class that continues to meet all year - they enjoy the class that much! They have lively conversations and lots of questions asked and answered.
The second adult class meets in the lower level. They are beginning a study on the topic of sharing our faith titled "Made to Multiply". There is a brief video and then a time to engage in scripture.
Even if you can't make every Sunday, please feel free to pop in and join in learning and growing.
Monday Morning Prayer Group & Study
Every Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. we gather in the conference room to pray for our members, families, friends, our nation, and any other needs. We then take a deep dive into the upcoming week's Bible readings, giving us a deeper understanding of the text that will be preached on the following Sunday. This is an informal group with a lot of lively conversation. All are welcome.
